Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 26, 2026

Last Updated: August 26, 2026

Wilder Systems, Inc. (“Wilder Systems,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit wsrobots.com (the “Site”), contact us, or otherwise interact with us through the Site.

This Policy applies only to information handled through the Site and related communications. It does not apply to employee or job-applicant information handled through separate recruiting processes, or to information governed by a separate written agreement with a customer, supplier, or business partner.

Personal Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the Site, we may collect the following categories of personal information.

Information You Provide

  • Contact and professional information, such as your first and last name, work email address, company, job title, phone number, and other business contact details.
  • Inquiry and communication information, including the contents of messages you submit through the Site or send to us by email, and records of our communications with you.
  • Other information you choose to provide. Please do not submit classified, export-controlled, proprietary, financial-account, health, government-identification, or other sensitive information through the Site’s public contact form.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

  • IP address and approximate location derived from the IP address;
  • browser type, device type, operating system, language, and similar technical information;
  • referring and exit pages, pages viewed, links clicked, and the dates and times of visits;
  • cookie identifiers, consent preferences, and similar online identifiers; and
  • diagnostic, security, and fraud-prevention information.

Information From Third Parties

We may receive business and professional information from service providers and publicly available sources. If enabled with the required consent or other lawful basis, ZoomInfo may help us identify the company associated with a Site visit and may associate Site activity with business or professional information in its databases. This may include company name, industry, business contact details, professional role, and inferred interest in our products or services.

How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information to:

  • operate, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the Site;
  • respond to inquiries and requests;
  • evaluate potential projects, facility requirements, product fit, and service opportunities;
  • manage customer, supplier, and business-partner relationships;
  • analyze Site traffic, performance, and visitor engagement;
  • improve our products, services, content, and user experience;
  • conduct B2B sales and marketing, including identifying organizations that may be interested in our products, subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements;
  • prevent fraud, misuse, security incidents, and other harmful activity;
  • comply with legal obligations, enforce our agreements, and establish or defend legal claims; and
  • carry out other purposes disclosed when information is collected or with your consent.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Site may use cookies, local storage, pixels, tags, and similar technologies. These technologies may include:

  • Strictly necessary and functional technologies. These support core Site operation, security, bot protection, accessibility features, and storage of privacy preferences. For example, Cloudflare may use security cookies such as __cf_bm and cf_clearance, and Elementor Cookie Consent may store your consent choices.
  • Analytics and marketing technologies. With the required consent or where otherwise permitted by law, we may use ZoomInfo WebSights or similar tools to understand Site usage, identify visiting organizations, and support B2B marketing.

You can manage non-essential technologies through the Site’s cookie banner or the Cookie Settings link in the Site footer. If you withdraw consent, the change applies going forward and does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.

Where required by law, we treat a recognized browser-based opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control (GPC), as a request to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising for the browser or device sending the signal. Because there is no universally accepted standard for other “Do Not Track” signals, the Site may not respond to signals other than those we are legally required to recognize.

Cookie names, providers, and durations may change as the Site and its service providers are updated. The cookie-preference interface provides the most current information available about cookies detected on the Site.

How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to:

  • Service providers that support hosting, content delivery, security, website operation, form processing, email, data storage, accessibility, analytics, and other business functions. These may include WP Engine, Cloudflare, Elementor, and our email or communications providers.
  • Analytics and B2B marketing partners, including ZoomInfo when enabled, to understand Site activity, identify business visitors, and support sales and marketing.
  • Professional advisers, such as attorneys, accountants, auditors, insurers, and consultants.
  • Government authorities or other parties when we believe disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or property; investigate fraud or wrongdoing; or respond to legal process.
  • Parties to a business transaction, such as a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of some or all of our assets.
  • Other parties at your direction or with your consent.

We do not sell personal information for money. However, certain uses of analytics, advertising, or visitor-identification technologies may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or processing for “targeted advertising” under some state privacy laws. You may opt out as described in Sections 3 and 6.

During the preceding 12 months, we may have disclosed the following categories of personal information for the purposes described in this Policy: identifiers and contact information; internet or other electronic network activity; professional or employment-related information; and inferences about business interests. The recipients may include the categories of service providers and partners listed above.

Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including responding to inquiries, maintaining business and legal records, securing the Site, resolving disputes, and meeting contractual, tax, accounting, or legal obligations. Retention periods vary based on the nature and sensitivity of the information, the purpose for which it was collected, applicable limitation periods, and legal requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it where reasonably practicable.

Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • confirm whether we process your personal information and access that information;
  • correct inaccurate personal information;
  • request deletion of personal information;
  • obtain a portable copy of personal information you provided to us;
  • opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, targeted advertising, or certain profiling;
  • limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information, if applicable;
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and
  • receive equal service and not be discriminated against for exercising a privacy right.

To submit a privacy request, email info@wsrobots.com with the subject line Privacy Request. Please describe your request and provide the name, email address, and state or country associated with your interaction with us. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and authority to make the request. We will use verification information only for that purpose.

An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law. We may require proof of the agent’s authority and may ask you to verify your identity directly with us.

If we deny your request, you may appeal by emailing info@wsrobots.com with the subject line Privacy Appeal and explaining why you believe the decision should be reconsidered. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and, when required, provide information about how to contact the appropriate regulator or attorney general.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Third-Party Sites and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services, including LinkedIn, government resources, and news or industry publications. Third parties operate under their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their privacy, security, or content practices. Review the applicable third party’s privacy policy before providing information to it.

Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for business and professional audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Visitors Outside the United States

Wilder Systems is based in the United States. If you access the Site from another country, your personal information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. Those countries may have data-protection laws different from those in your country. Where applicable law requires a transfer mechanism or additional protection, we will use an appropriate lawful mechanism.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last Updated” date. If required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent for material changes.
